While all organizations and teams recognize the necessity for effective teamwork to successfully accomplish their mission, teamwork is also very difficult to achieve and maintain. In addition, what makes teamwork successful differs from across the broad range of activities. In particular, teamwork in ongoing “regular” work activities differs markedly from when teams are working on a project – by definition a “unique” temporary work activity.

After the workshop, participants will

  1. Understand the building blocks of The Project Team Adaptive Model: Project management, Team management, Ambiguity management;
  2. Learn how leadership impacts project output quality and how team management is linked to project management
  3. Hold productive project meetings.
