Management Skills and Organisational Behaviour (MBA-536)

This course provides a greater understanding of how organizations work and why people behave the way they do within them. The course materials will highlight issues that face current organizations within an organizational setting. The main purpose of the course is to help understand the multiple connections between management skills, organizational behaviour theory, and effective and productive organizations in a modern organizational context. This course is the first class of the Romanian-Canadian MBA program offered by the Bucharest Business School and the Telfer School of Management. You can consult a recent version of the syllabus.
